Create Construction was tasked with restoring this dilapidated workers cottage to its former glory. With the addition of a second floor and garage we went a long way to paying the project in increased property value.

The Outcome
From somewhat run down beginnings our Pine Street project unearthed itself as luxurious but functional dream home. The addition of a second floor, a comfortable office space and a double garage make this slender block feel spacious and relaxed.
Skylight windows in the living area combine beautifully with full height bi-folding doors that lead onto a split-level alfresco dining area. The effect is an indoor area that is filled with natural light and a garden that retains privacy. A Leafy outlook and high-end fittings in the master bedroom create a feeling of calm sanctity. A huge ensuite with a freestanding bath top off a modern, palatial living experience.
